By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and this website have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and are governed by English Law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English court. We are happy to supply products to outside the United Kingdom, but we give no warranty in respect of such products.

A Contract between the customer and AppliCraft for the sale of our products will only exist once the order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted subject to price ruling at the date of order. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate as set out below under Delivery Charges.

Privacy Policy

We do not store any credit card details of any purchases made by customers. Any information given is kept strictly within AppliCraft in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

You will only be sent marketing or promotional material and news if you have opted into the mailing list. Should you change your mind you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe.

Your Right To Cancel

Your order may be cancelled for any reason up to the point of despatch. A full refund will be made within 30 days.

Returns Policy

If the products are not suitable, they may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided that the products are returned unused, in perfect condition and with the original packaging. In such circumstances a full refund will be made within 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods. Non-faulty returns are subject to a carriage and handling charge.

Making Returns

For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. To return any products to us, please:

Complete the Returns Form (which comes with your Invoice) and clearly mark whether you would like a full return or an exchange. Pack the items back in their original packaging. Attach the Returns Form and a copy of the Invoice and return to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. We will only refund your costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card, that is Mastercard or Visa.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) the supply will be zero-rated and no VAT will be charged. Should you have a VAT registered business in another EC Member State and we have your VAT registration details, no VAT will be charged. Any customs or import duties levied once the parcel reaches your destination country will be your responsibility.

Availability of Stock

We aim to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all active product lines. Occasionally an item may be out of stock. Every effort is made to satisfy orders. However on occasions products may be temporarily out of stock. You will be notified of the stock status before your order is despatched.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated dates only and may be subject to change.

Special delivery requirements will be made by arrangement and charged accordingly
UK Mail Order Customers
Royal Mail Order deliveries for goods up to about 2kgs.
Parcels over this approximate weight will be sent ParcelForce 24.

Orders under £10 - £1.50
Orders over £10 up to £34.99 - £3.00
Over £35 - Free of Charge

UK Trade Customers
Orders over £120 before VAT and after all discounts - carriage free
Orders below £120 before VAT and after all discounts - £10 plus VAT

Highlands, islands and overseas deliveries will be charged at cost.

Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

Colour Variation
In the case of the AppliGlue, although every effort is made to match colours exactly during the manufacture, there may be a variation of colour with different batches.
In the case of the Decorative Paint Effects, there may be a variation of colour and viscosity of the products.

Goods Replacement
Goods will be replaced free of charge if proved to be faulty in manufacture. No liability will be accepted for consequential loss or damage of any description.

Use of the Products
The application of AppliCraft product is not an exact science. No two pieces will be the same and the finish will vary depending on the application. AppliCraft cannot be held responsible for the performance of the products or costs arising from their incorrect use.

Delivery
We can accept no responsibility for consequential loss or damages (whether direct or indirect) arising from delivery of our products.
