Inspired by ‘The Great British Sewing Bee’ contest on the BBC but not a master with a needle? Why not try a patchwork using appliglue... so simple and yet so effective. "No-sew" applique needs no sewing machine and is quick and easy, so it's a good way to create a first piece of patchwork. It is so quick and what's more it's washable. Many of our customers have started this way, and then having gained in confidence tell us that they now do "proper patchwork" with sewing! A house cushion is a good project for a beginner.
