| All my projects were influenced by the theme of botanical environments, in particular woodlands and gardens and their transformations with the seasons. Growing up in a village in an old house surrounded by beautiful plants, colours, compositions and arrangements inspired and influenced the work I created for the final major project. I am also intrigued by the variations with the seasons and the way in which the plants adapted in order to survive the elements. Travelling has been an important inspiration too; my idea is to travel the world to explore and observe the diversity of nature, in particular botanical themes and my individual travelling experiences have all influenced my projects. |
